This item is presented as a remote control for Haier air conditioners. All the functions work except the swing function which is quite fundamental for any a/c. I had been in contact with the seller for the past 2 months to either get a refund or to be sent another remote control that is fully functional. So far, many promises were made but nothing materialized. If you don't care to use the swing function then this item is fine for you. If you want a fully functional remote DO NOT buy this.
