When I actually got my photo prints I opened all 4 and found out that 2 frames were completely damaged out of the 4. Unfortunately that happened less than 24 hours after the 30 days return policy. The seller has not accepted a return and has not been able to offer me a partial refund or a replacement. Extremely disappointing. Beware - these were bad quality.
