It shows signs that the game package had been opened at some point, (wear marks on the boxes tabs, lack of shrinkwrap or other items showing it had never been opened) but the game had never been played as evidenced by the cards and items inside. So, it is new, but perhaps it was a display item. EIther case, it came as described and was shipped promptly. So Hurray for that. So yes, I would buy from them again.
