The box it comes is not original but a beautiful cherry wood box placed in a nice outer off white cardboard box wrapped with a gold bow. It comes ready to be given as a gift and does not look cheap. The watch itself, awesome, absolutely impressive! The diamonds I would guess are a SI1 to SI2. However, the cut and clarity are really good and the sparkle of the diamonds are just stunning. It is impossible to tell this not a new watch.
