    The item appears to be in good physical condition and it worked initially.. but within minutes of receiving the first phone call the system shuts down. I re-start it, it works for about 5 minutes and turns off again. I am thinking that some internal component is overheating... anyway.. i am back in the market for a new switch.

    buyer claimed our Item is defective in feedback but never reached out to us or open a return request within our warranty period. our refurbished items all include a replacement warranty. we reached out to customer & provided return label even after warranty expired but he returned different item with different serial numbers and he admitted to making mistake but refused to revise feedback. Please beware of Fraudulent buyer as he never sent us our item back which he claims is defective.
