But the customer service experience was awful, I texted on multiple occasions because i need the package over night ( I placed order on Sunday) I was expecting it by tops Wednesday, I wrote a bunch of times and no reply, got my package Thursday, and my package missed the ride I needed with a family member. There’s an area of improvement 🤦🏻♂️

One phone call and one email with pictures and the correct parts were shipped same day. In my opinion it is the most representative of company service when wrinkles have to be ironed out. More than satisfied that every possible effort was made to help me.
