The disk itself is in very good condition. The jewel case is cracked as usual. It took 21 days from the time I ordered the cd to receive it. This seller always has slow shipping, it is not at all unusual for it to take 2 weeks to get your order from them. The other problem is that they don't use padded envelopes so more often than not the cases are cracked or broken. Slow shipping and damaged cases are the reason I don't buy from them very much. However, their CDs are usually in great condition
