You DEFINITELY need to notch the block or use a half-size rad on an EF/CRX. Even then, it barely fits. But it works! Hardware is pretty bad but functional. I (and many other people on the internet) opted to use no gasket on the turbo flange and the factory MLS gasket against the head.
