    I want a radio with knobs. The picture makes it look like there are knobs, but there aren't. My fault. Anyway, I want to return it. The initial information for returns said that I would rec'v a shipping labl by email. Great, I thought. 4 days. No return labl yet. I did receive one email offering a 30% discount and another saying since the radio's been opened and used tht I could get a 50% discount on another radio. It hasn't been opened or used. Returns are why I avoid ebay.
