Upon receipt, the item was not as advertised—at least two of the wedges were in poor condition compared to the listing images. During communication, the seller made unnecessary remarks and promised a prompt refund but failed to follow through. I ultimately had to wait nearly a week to receive my refund. Overall, frustrating and disappointing.
