Looks like that was possibly done intentionally to hide the fact they were shipping a model that already had damage to it. Going back to the listing pics, all of the pics were of the side not damaged, no pics from the damaged side. Poor communication and deceptive. Disappointed with the resolution and just kept the damaged model. Do not recommend this seller.
