    Seller waited less than 12 hours for me to correct shipping address even though he had received payment. Seller refunded, then told me I could buy again from relieved item. I offered $5.00 less because of the unreasonably short time he allowed to correct a shipping address that occurred automatically with my payment. When I countered his higher counter offer with the original price that he originally accepted, he blocked my account so that I could not even purchase at full price.

    It is true, I cancelled the order at the end of the day as he didn't get back to me, this is allowed. It's true, he then made an offer lower than the original offer which is allowed. I declined the lower offer and countered with a higher offer, this is allowed. Then after having the feeling that he was playing games I decided to block him as I feel that there will be nothing but problems after I ship the item and I don't need that, this also is allowed. We both played by the rules.
