Seller used Yodel who sent false "out for delivery" notifications on 3rd, 4th & 5th Sept with no actual delivery attempts. Wasted 3 days waiting at home. Yodel customer service claimed they have "no contact with drivers" shocking for a logistics company. Tracking system completely unreliable. Finally delivered 9th Sept after major inconvenience. Recommend seller considers alternative courier service

The postage and packing charge at £4.00 was very reasonable. The item was posted very quickly and arrived earlier than expected.
