One layer of thin bubble wrap and a couple of wadded up plastic bags were not enough protection. So the item came with bends, dents, abrasions, and some parts loosened. I've given the seller a positive review because the items were as described and they arrived quickly. But in the future, when the seller ships heavy items, they should use a lot more packing to provide protection.
