The seller did take three days to respond to my initial inquiry (but they apologized for the delay); I bought it on a Saturday and it was packed adequately for shipping and sent out the following Monday. It is absolutely gorgeous and even nicer than it looks in the pictures (I did replace the cork but I usually do that anyway). It looks great on my tea shelf and I'm very happy with it!.
