    Mug arrived broken. Seller offered full refund and return of item; or partly refund and keep item. I requested full refund and return of item. Seller issued full refund mi us $1 (not sure why). Found out that I had to pay for the return, as seller indicated that she could not provide return label. I was not willing to pay the return postage for item I received broken. Seller solved it by letting me keep the item, which I disposed of.
