    Seller AGREED to a special price offer for three items w/ combined shipping. Buyer (me) paid for all. Seller owed a partial credit to honor his own agreement. After poor communication from seller, he refunded ALL three sales rather than provide the PARTIAL refund owed (i.e. seller changed his mind on pricing AFTER his agreement, and AFTER the sale). Seller told buyer he shouldn't expect special treatment, when in fact, the buyer (me) was simply asking the seller to honor his own agreement. Hmm
