Having compared the packaging to the previous purchase of this item from three years ago, it is essentially the same. It has not been tried yet as the current shaving head has another month before it needs to be exchanged. It was packaged well enough and appeared undamaged in transit. I was told okay and it would be taken care of, I received the wrong item. (free returns, okay) The return process was extremely complicated and I messaged the company again. They gave me a gift card for the amount I had paid. The only thing I think they could have done better is to make returns easier.
