I opened a return request and provided photos as proof. The seller initially accepted the return, but after receiving the item back, he only refunded 50% of my payment and falsely accused me of lying. I had to escalate the case to eBay, who reviewed the evidence and issued me a full refund. This was stressful and completely unnecessary. The buyer was upset that they were not wrapped in plastic. There were two sets of eyes looking at this item and they were not used or dirty. I the seller do not sell used items and dirty for a matter of fact. Again DO NOT SELL th this buyer. HE WILL TAKE YOU for a ride and just want his money back after he bought them. The buyer may have found a cheaper price and used eBay return policy fraudulently.
