Later claimed "By the time I read your message the first time you already paid for it, you should have waited until I responded and I would’ve took the shipping price off one of the CDs." Now seller states "Unless the item is not as described, I’m not obligated to issue a refund." Buyers are allowed to rate a seller on shipping cost so I have.
