Was received on time & seller did a great job packing it well for safe delivery. The condition was a described.. basically new. No manual was included, but it's pretty straight forward to figure out. At first the cradle was uncomfortable but after using a few times found the sweet spot. Excellent price for a near new machine, and I would definitely purchase again from this seller.
