My only feedback is that we were lucky it didn’t arrive dinged up because there was nothing in terms of padding except for the thin cardboard box that the water bottle was snugly placed in. Lucky for us the package did not evidently experience any rough handling, and all is well.

When I communicated the issue with the seller he offered a replacement. Then he checked the nventory at the warehouse and realized that they had none in stock so he issued a refund. All in all although I was disappointed that the water bottle was unusable the seller was quick to make things right.
