    I bought two of these at £1.19 each. -Appeared to be seconds. Good quality material, Good value, Condition both clips face the same way which seems wrong to me. Elastic neck band too long if the clips are supposed to lock into each other, I got round this by locking both metal clips into the elastic neck band and puling the cape over my head so I am satisfied with the outcome, hence 5 stars.
