I gave it 3 stars, because the product itself is a bit hard to use and quite large for how small the cooking space is. It only has one heating lamp, so one must flip the big oven for top or bottom heating, then switch the door on the front to a new configuration. Quite a gimmick, and I've stopped using it, I'm probably going to use my oven instead.
