Messaged seller where they offered £4 refund. The 'coat' cost £20. When refused they offered me £8! Never been so insulted! Returning the 'coat' back to China would take more than 30 days, so I wouldn't recieve a full refund. Return cost is more than the 'coat'. Pictures attached for viewing.
