I reported the issue and then my money was refunded. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted my item. Might be a ploy to get a better bid on it since I won a $350 item for $66 bid. Consequently it arrived damaged, with its PCIe bracket bent quite badly, though I believe I can repair it. Aside from shipping state everything was fine with the purchase.
