This is very well designed and thought out and then someone did a really good job of thinking through exactly how cheap it could be made without compromising the design... Ends up feeling cheap for the cost but functions well, examples: clamps are plastic, side rails are indent and not all the way through for height, drawers are stiff, rotation is by long screw and not pull out... etc.... That said, still feel it's worth it (2 puzzles in).
