After payment the seller went to collect the item which they believed to be100%. The seller, however, was not happy with the instrument and we agreed to cancel the transaction. The seller immediately made the refund and went to considerable lengths to make sure the refund was sent. It was not ideal but the seller proved to be honest, helpful and trustworthy.
