The outer box was a little beat up, but that can be common with heavy items in warehouses. Everything inside was in tact. Shipping was quick for a holiday weekend. As described; the only thing that was not included was the bag shown in the picture and instructions on how to put it together. Easy to find instructions online. Great price for an off-road scooter! It is not foldable and is large, but light enough to lift. Would recommend
