Had to then chase them again to see what was happening ,they offered a full refund but l asked for the bag as it was part of a present , they were waiting for a delivery ,asked if the bag would be sent on Wednesday, or would the delivery be Wednesday . It arrived a week later . Its a well made bag, and very well packed
