- 7***1 (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem sent to New Mexico not Oklahoma where I live. Seller says there's nothing she can do. And I can't get a response from eBay to get help with this. I will no longer be buying from the site. Don't buy from eBay and don't buy from the seller!Reply from: mintededition- Feedback replied by seller mintededition.- Feedback replied by seller mintededition.I know it's easy to be frustrated when something doesn't go the way it should. We encouraged the buyer to contact eBay with this issue as a package being misdirected is out of our control. We shipped to the address that the buyer provided. We try very hard to help buyers with issues but sometimes we can't contact eBay for a buyer they must be able to do that themselves. There is a process that must be followed per eBay and this buyer did not want to be patient with that process, unfortunately.
