      damaged in shipping , then they wouldn’t refund me just replaced the cymbal. the cymbal is incredibly thin and i voiced my concern , the cymbal is easily dented. i’ve asked for help but now they have ghosted me , perfect

      The first cymbal was damaged in shipping. The buyer said he would take another one. We covered all shipping. These do not dent easily. You are the first to report it. We have sold hundreds and hundreds of the Livewire and Electrified cymbals.
