Only odd thing is, the item location was only an hour away from my address, but the item shipped from a different state, and seller's location a was different state than the item shipped from. After I thought I had bought a much needed part, the package was dropped off with no postage, so I tried to contact the seller but as you can see no matter what I asked I was given the same answer! Nothing can ship without stamps or prepaid labeling, EBay said well we can’t do anything because of the estimated arrival date, which as you can see on the tracking photos I added it does not say anything about an arrival, just delayed due to no postage
