    My experience with this seller was positive - merchandise came on time and was well packed. Unfortunately for me it was not the right piece for my food processor. The tab on the side that connects with the main body of the food processor was the wrong shape. I am not returning the item because it will cost as much as my refund so would be out twice on the postage. Will donate to a thrift store and maybe someone will be able to use it. I was able to find the correct item from another seller.
