The seller did an amazing job of packaging the coffee maker for shipping. Also, there was a cable missing, that for this coffee maker, could have been expensive to replace. The seller offered to adjust the pricing and provide a partial refund for the missing cable. I was able to find a cable at a much lower price and declined the offer, the seller was awesome!!
