      The item was shipped with care and arrived safely. The packaging was plentiful and robust. After a fresh cleaning, the drive seems to be working appropriately, at least for 800k DS disks, as it loaded into the OS from that drive. It even came with the disk that was inside the pictures, so free bonus disk! I didn't look at its contents yet, if any. The drive is very quiet. I don't have the means to try the 1.44MB at this time, but I will assume that works. Thank you!
