The photographs clearly presented the scuffs on the case and scratches on the crystal. There is one dent on the front of the case that was not visible in the listing photos or video, so I would assume happened sometime between when it was photographed and when it was delivered to me. The watch was packed in bubblewrap and air pillows, and arrived very quickly.
