I don’t know why this was not shipped with the other token as I asked for combined shipping!!! The seller said he didn’t know why it was not sent, either??? He took responsibility, but said it would cost over $5 for shipping and he could not afford it! We could pick up at his store or meet him somewhere closer (his house!). We drove 35 miles round trip to his house. Not happy!
