The box was very poorly packaged, with one side of the box not even taped. The weight on the postage stamp was only 14oz, which would indicate that the ECU wasn’t originally included. After 5 days of back & forth communications with the seller, they finally agreed to a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund & purchased another ECU from a different seller.
