    Beyond the fact that the disc did not play. The entire discourse with the seller was not only rude...but I received an unsolicited insulting offer of a $10 refund, which only took the situation further south. Ebay is not what it once was. Sadly.

    BUYER IS CLUELESS! He bought a PAL format DVD and said the disc was faulty. His DVD does not play PAL format DVDs and I showed him that when he stated the DVD player he had!
