It is adjustable if you apply lots of pressure (I am an adult male and find it very challenging) and when you do apply lots of pressure, easy to overdo it and painfully clamp it to your ear with equal pressure required to get it off again… not easy. However, really cheap to purchase even though shipping was charged… you get what you pay for.
