They were told many times that delivery should be at residence not workshop which because of illness I don’t get there every day and as a result many times items are not found for days. But drivers are not smart enough to change delivery point. But I guess that is how they are trained. I will make every effort to have deliveries but UPS or Fed Ex. No Amazon orders for me!
