I have no information or proof for that matter about how it was shipped, no receipt. The seller said that they have never had an issue with shipping before,good for them but that doesnt help ME. EBAY said I could return it at no cost (thank you ebay) but it's a gift and I couldn't find another same lithograph. So now I have to pay to replace the glass. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER
