    Waste of time, seller listed an item as working but they couldn't connect to it, in reality it is a brick as it is no longer supported by the company and is worthless. "Furbo Dog Camera models purchased before August 2017, or with serial numbers starting with "FBQD" or "FBRW," are no longer supported and reached their End of Life (EOL) on September 4, 2024. After this date, the cameras and the Furbo App no longer function."

    Although the buyer stated that this item was listed as working, it is clearly identified as "Not Working" in both the title & item description. Once the buyer informed me of the problem, I immediately approved the return, paying for return shipping & exhausting all efforts to resolve the problem. However, a company ending support for an older model of a used product is unfortunately out of my control as an eBay seller.
