Great communication, very fast shipping originally/ additionally good price and good quality ( not a factory second ) will buy from again. I highly recommend them.       When I arrived home the box was wet and was very disappointed as the box was very flimsy. I knew the manual inside was going to have water damage and was going to need a lot of extra care and attention. I was wrong. The packaging included placing the paper manual inside plastic bag so item met the description perfectly. While other manuals were less expensive the responsiveness of the seller made this a better buy. Similar items were twice as costly. Item arrived quickly (3-5 calendar days).
