But other than some lacking internal communication on their side when it came to on and off ebay purchases, they did very well. After they received it, they had it in the mail back to me in two weeks. After that I had it in my hands in less than a week. So I'd say about a 30 day turn around from the day I sent it off. As of right now I've installed the ecm in my truck, but can't fully test it until I get a new tune for it.

Over 2 months later and still nothing. I contacted the seller on 3 separate occasions in June and July to no response. It went so far as to having ebay step in to issue me a refund. Here's the best part. I get a refund but I still don't get my pcm back. This company is a scam and they stole my pcm to sell for profit
