I'm not sure about the working condition of the chips - one chip did turn on an LED on the PCB I'm working on, but the other chip didn't seem to do anything when I installed it. To be fair, I can't test the chips right now. I found out the IC chips need to be programmed first. I wasn't aware of that when I ordered from this seller, so I can't fault anyone but myself for that.
