The links were brand new, as described, and the packaging was out of this world, everything put neatly in small ziplock baggies. They even included a removal tool. It was a good deal for me since I needed to add length to my Kreisler band. Ofc Kreisler is good quality. Seller shipped promptly, but USPS is beyond sucking anymore, which is not seller's fault. I inherited a nice watch from my father-in-law, but the band was too short. The two removal links were missing. The seller found the extra links, so that I could keep using the band my father-in-law wore. One of the spring bars on the band disintegrated when I added the extra links, and the seller found these for me too! I will buy from them again! Thank you!
