      Seller is in China. Ordered the Intel Core 2 Duo T9900 CPU but was sent the slower / less powerful T9400. The reason I was upgrading the CPU was for Win 11 upgrade from Win 10 but now I still don't have a Win 11 capable CPU. So this whole transaction was a waste of money and time. I paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping. Ordered it July 17, 2025 and status did not change until 7/22 to UPS "label created", then 7/26 UPS received. UPS needed extra $21 tariff to deliver. Delivered on 7/28.
