Nonetheless, I will comment on my interaction with the seller, which was very positive. Once made aware the item had not been delivered to me, they chased up UPS in an attempt to quickly resolve the situation, and when this failed, they immediately refunded me in full ( I'm pursuing UPS for the customs duty ). Very attentive.
